How does the guarantee actually work?

We measure your weekly review rate in the 60 days before you start with us. That's your baseline. Within 60 days of going live, your weekly rate has to double that baseline. If it doesn't, you get a full refund of every dollar you've paid us. No fine print. The only requirement is that you have a working job-management system we can connect to, and customers we can text.

Is asking customers against Google's policy?

No. Asking customers for reviews is allowed and encouraged by Google. What's not allowed is incentivising (offering discounts for reviews) or review gating (filtering out unhappy customers). We don't do either. We ask every customer, and they choose what to write.

What if I don't have time to be involved?
